Illustration is the tool I use to reflect the world around me and the stories that populate it. I try to use an intimate, clean and relatively simple style to express complex reflections, maintaining an analogue feel in my images even though my technique is digital.

I have always liked telling stories and I have really enjoyed consuming those told by other people, whether in the form of books, cinema, plastic arts or, let's not lie, some gossip here and there. I am especially interested in social issues and mental health.

For almost ten years I lived in the United Kingdom, calling Edinburgh home for the last five. Since 2022 I have been back in my hometown Madrid, from where I miss Scotland more or less once a day (but on Sundays I can eat stew with my family so it's fine)

I studied Audiovisual Communication and specialized in cinematography: all I wanted was to tell stories, but it took me a while to discover that the tool I was meant to use for this was illustration. In 2024 got an MA in Editorial and Publicity Illustration from LABASAD, and one more step forward on my journey to become a professional editorial and advertising illustrator, as well as an art director.
