For this 2026's pride month I wanted to do a series of illustrations, but I also wanted to challenge myself: I decided not to draw the LGTBIQ+ flag or people kissing. Instead I thought of all of those pop culture moments that, as a queer person, while you are witnessing them make you go "wait a minute".

I decided to create an imaginary magazine called "Moments of pride" and illustrate its first three covers. This is the first volume based on a piece of gossip that broke out not long ago: Mel B confirmed she did in fact date Geri. Every LGBTQAI+ woman from the 90s let out a small scream that day and I made a magazine cover to conmemorate it.
